ADDITIONAL HOUSEKEEPING

Charges will apply if additional housekeeping is required outside acceptable use.

 

CLOTHES DRYING

Please do not hang items on windows or within view from outside your Apartment.

 

DAMAGE TO APARTMENT

Any damage to items caused outside acceptable use will be charged at replacement cost.

 

DRUNKEN / DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR

Will not be tolerated. It is forbidden to carry open containers of beverage in the common areas of the building.

 

FIRE ALARM

Use the extraction fan and if necessary open windows when cooking. Residents are liable for all costs related to any false alarm activations.

 

LOCKOUTS/LOST KEYS

Residents are responsible for safe keeping of the apartment key ring and will be liable for all costs due to lockouts and/or lost key replacement.

 

MAXIMUM GUESTS

No guests over and above those listed on the booking are permitted.

 

NOISE LEVELS

The quiet enjoyment of other residents is to be considered at all times.

 

PARTIES

Are not permitted. This includes any social gathering causing disturbance to others.

 

PETS

Are not permitted.

 

SMOKING / VAPING

For your comfort, the apartment building is a smoke free environment.

 

A $1,000 fine will apply if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping or illegal drugs.

 

VISITORS

Are not permitted. Entry to the apartment building and garage is exclusively for the peaceful enjoyment of those listed on the booking.
