Our Two Bedroom Apartment has a single carpark provided exclusively to the person named on the booking.

 The garage remote on your key ring gives access to the apartment garage via Feltex Lane behind the building.

 The dedicated carpark, #47 is located closest to the apartment's entry door on level 3.

 Please be aware that any vehicles parked outside the boundaries of the carpark will be towed at the owner’s expense.

 NB: Entry to the apartment building and garage is for the peaceful enjoyment of those listed on the booking.


To protect the health, safety and peaceful enjoyment of residents; security cameras are in operation in public areas of the building.


Check-in is from 3:00pm.

Check-out is by 10.00 am.

  • Please leave the beds unmade.

  • Leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

  • Turn-off all heating, fans and lights.

  • Leave key on the dining table.

 EXTRACTION FANS – Bathroom, Laundry & Kitchen

In accordance with the NZ Build Code, the apartment is fitted with a common mechanical extraction system to the bathroom and laundry that are ducted outside. As the fans are a common system, it means if you turn on one space it will also work in the other.

The kitchen rangehood is separately ducted outside and should always be used when cooking.

 FIRE SYSTEM - Apartment Smoke Detectors

The apartment is fitted with a local smoke detector that operates as an alarm within your apartment.

Take time to locate the “Local Alarm Hush” button within the apartment. This will silence the alarm for 120 seconds to allow removal of the smoke by opening windows and using the extraction fans in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry.

 DO NOT open the apartment’s entry door to clear smoke as the smoke detectors in the common area hallways will evacuate the entire building and automatically call the Fire Service.

When the threat of smoke/fire has cleared the alarm will reset after a period of time.

Please be aware the Body Corporate will on-charge all costs related to any false alarm activations caused by negligence of residents.


In accordance with NZ Build Code, mechanical fresh air supply is installed in the bedrooms.

Air is drawn from outside and delivered to bedrooms via a common system fan. The air is not heated or cooled.

As a common system, it works in both bedrooms concurrently with a switch located by the front door (Two Bedroom) and beside the bedroom main light switch (One Bedroom).


Jetts Wellington CBD Gym is located a mere 300 metre walk at 49-61 Cuba Street. Check their website for latest information:

The washing machine/dryer is for your personal use.

Bins are provided in your apartment for household rubbish and should be cleared daily. 

The apartment’s refuse room is located on the ground floor of the West Tower. 


Typical of AirBnB, we provide self-contained short-stay accommodation for guests that appreciate peaceful enjoyment without the intrusion of housekeeping staff. 

The nightly rate does not include room servicing. For an additional charge, guests can arrange housekeeping services by telephoning: 04 801 8773. 

 SECURITY - Building Access

Your apartment key ring contains an access tag, apartment key (and garage remote - 2-Bedroom). 

Pedestrian entry to the building is from Victoria Street. The access tag will unlock the building's electronic entry doors. Please do not allow unknown persons to tailgate you into the building. 

The access tag is required to operate the lift and entry to the refuse room. 

Doors in the building should not be held ajar for extended periods of time as this contravenes the security of the building and fire regulations. 

The door entry phone in the apartment will ring when dialled from the building's front door station on Victoria Street. The door entry phone can unlock the building's electronic entry doors and give access to the lift by pressing the 'key' icon button on the handset. Only allow persons named on your booking access to the building. 

The garage remote on your key ring (2-Brdroom) will give access to the apartment garage via Feltex Lane located behind the building. 

To avoid lockout charges; Always take your key ring when leaving the apartment. 


The dynamic nature of Wellington means there are always new shopping options available – Google is your friend! 

Here are a few must-see shopping experiences close by: 

  • The ‘Golden Mile’ – High Street shopping at its best formed by Lambton Quay, Willis Street, Manners Street and Courtenay Place.

  • Wellington Markets – Enjoy arts, crafts and artisan food at the Wellington Night Market (held off Cuba St on Fridays), Wellington Underground Market (Saturday mornings at the Wellington waterfront) and Harbourside Market (Sundays by the iconic Te Papa).

  • Cuba Street – Immerse yourself in NZ’s funkiest strip. Home to eclectic fashion, vintage finds and independent boutiques. 

HOT TIP – As you exit the apartment building, head across Victoria Street towards the Left Bank car parking building. There is an access lane that takes you into the heart of Cuba Street – 150 metres away! 


Occasionally you may wish to take pause from the endless array of Wellington’s dining options and self-cater: 

  • Smile Supermarket – Convenience-plus! Will satisfy most impromptu needs. Handily situated on the ground floor of the apartment building. 

  • New World Willis Street Metro – A more substantial range situated 550 metres away: 68/70 Willis Street.

If you get lost navigating the Smart TV’s many features, tap the HOME button (House icon) on your TV remote to navigate options available by using the left & right arrows - make a selection by tapping OK. 

 WATER & POWER – Isolation in Emergencies

In emergencies, you can isolate water and electricity supply within the apartment. 

Electricity can be isolated by way of the mains switch in the electrical distribution board. 

Water can be turned off by turning the incoming water value by the HWC.
